At Horizcents, all of our products are handmade in small batches with love and care. Due to the nature of our bath and body products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We understand that damages during shipping may occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We’ll be happy to assist you and work toward a resolution.
